[In vitro examinations - a basis of additional cancer therapy (author's transl)]

The necessity of additional cancer therapy by cytostatic agents and hormones tested on human malignant tumour cell cultures is stressed. Randomized correlative findings of in vivo and in vitro tests are reported. Surgical procedures, irradiation, cytostatic treatment, hormone therapy, and immunotherapy should be used successively in efficient combination.
