Campylobacter infection can cause sepsis and acute kidney injury (AKI), presenting a public health concern. Early diagnosis and treatment with fluids and antibiotics can fully restore kidney function in patients with Campylobacteriosis.

- A 66-year-old patient with hypertension and ischemic heart disease presented with acute diarrhea, shock, and acute kidney injury (AKI).

- Campylobacter was identified as the causative agent in the patient's condition.
- The patient received volume resuscitation and antibiotic therapy, leading to complete recovery of kidney function within one week.
