Immunotherapy can lead to hyperprogressive disease (HPD), a condition associated with shorter survival. High lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels, low albumin, and an elevated neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) predict increased HPD risk in cancer patients.
