[Changes in corticosterone binding by receptors in various structures of the rat brain during immobilization stress]

Corticosterone binding by the cytosol receptors after immobilization of adrenalectomized rats, was studied. A decrease in the specific binding of corticosterone occurred in cerebral cortex and hippocampus, but not in hypothalamus.
