Correlation between higher-order aberration and photophobia after cataract surgery

Cataract surgery can alter photophobia (light sensitivity) by changing retinal image properties. Post-surgery, higher-order aberrations (HOAs) correlate with increased photophobia in concerned patients, suggesting HOAs impact light discomfort.
