Post-tonsillectomy hemorrhage (PTH) is a serious complication. This study in Nigeria found that tonsil size correlates with blood loss, offering new insights for PTH prevention strategies. A low incidence of PTH was achieved through specific anesthetic agents, surgical techniques, and post-operative care.
