Long-term variability of impulse oscillometry and spirometry in stable COPD and asthma

Impulse oscillometry (IOS) resistance parameters show good long-term repeatability in stable asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Spirometry shows lower repeatability than IOS resistance parameters across different COPD severity stages.
