Abstract:
The well-known bitemporal incision for frontobasal surgery has been extended to midfacial preparation (Tessier). Subperiostal approach is suitable for osteosynthesis techniques using miniplates and miniscrews. Total periorbital bony reconstruction can be performed without visible scars.
