Pain perception following computer-controlled versus conventional dental anesthesia: randomized controlled trial

Computer-controlled local anesthetic injectors significantly reduce pain during dental injections compared to conventional methods. While not affecting initial puncture pain, this technology offers a less painful experience during the anesthetic delivery itself.
