Summary

This case report details a rare instance of penile metastasis originating from right colon cancer. Such metastatic penile lesions indicate a poor prognosis and are exceptionally uncommon.

Background:

Penile metastasis is an exceedingly rare clinical diagnosis.
Colorectal cancer is a leading cause of cancer worldwide.

Observation:

A 78-year-old male presented with colic kidney pain and penile swelling, indicative of malignant priapism.
Histopathological diagnosis confirmed penile metastasis from a primary right colon tumor.

Findings:

This represents the first documented case of penile metastasis from right colon cancer.
Penile metastases are associated with a poor prognosis, with limited treatment options often being palliative.

Implications:

This case highlights the importance of considering rare metastatic sites in advanced cancer diagnoses.
Further research is needed to elucidate the mechanisms of penile metastasis and improve therapeutic strategies.
