A new cyclohexenone derivative from phomopsis sp. XM-01

A novel cyclohexenone derivative, phomopine, and known compounds were isolated from Phomopsis sp. XM-01. Phomopine and another compound showed potent antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus.
