Summary
A rare benign glandular schwannoma case is presented in a 63-year-old male. Immunohistochemistry confirmed neoplastic glandular components, aiding diagnosis.

Observation:

- The mass contained glandular structures resembling sweat glands.
- Cystic areas showed macrophages with foamy and hemosiderin-laden content.
Findings:
- Stromal spindle cells were positive for S-100 and negative for EMA.
- Glandular elements showed focal S100 positivity.
- Glandular components were positive for EMA and pancytokeratin.
- Two distinct patterns of glandular differentiation were noted, with some reactive for CK7 and low molecular weight keratin.

- Immunohistochemical analysis is crucial for diagnosing the neoplastic nature of the glandular component.
