Peripapillary Vessel Density in Relation to Optic Disc Drusen: A Multimodal Optical Coherence Tomography Study

Optic disc drusen (ODD) are linked to reduced peripapillary vessel density, especially in superior regions. Larger ODD volumes correlate with lower vessel density, indicating a significant impact on optic nerve head vasculature.
