Combined extra- and intra-uterine pregnancy--a diagnostic problem. A case report

Diagnosis of concomitant intra- and extra-uterine pregnancy is difficult in the pre-operative period; however, it is important to take a good history and carry out a thorough examination based on a high index of suspicion.
