[Combined surgical interventions in disseminated forms of lung cancer]

Abstract:
Combined operations for spreaded forms of lung cancer were performed in 59 of 841 patients which made up 7%. Postoperative complications following the combined interventions were observed in 35.6% of the cases. Lethality was 10.7%. Five year survival in patients without metastases to regional lymphatic nodes after the combined operations was 27.8%.
