Summary

Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS) offers advantages over conventional phacoemulsification (PE) for junior surgeons, showing reduced intraoperative energy and fluid use. FLACS also demonstrated better early corneal clarity and less endothelial cell loss post-surgery.
