Summary

Postoperative serum thyroglobulin levels are a useful thyroid surgical oncologic quality indicator (TSOQI) for papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) surgery. This measure correlates with radioactive iodine uptake and lymph node metastasis, aiding surgical quality assurance.
