Narrow-field supracricoid partial laryngectomy with cricohyoidoepiglottopexy (NF-SCPL-CHEP) is a feasible and oncologically sound procedure for glottic cancers. This minimally invasive technique offers reduced hospital stays and predictable recovery compared to open surgery.
