Antibacterial activity of ciprofloxacin, in particular against polyresistant strains
Abstract:
The in vitro activity of ciprofloxacin was assessed against a wide range of bacterial isolates from patients of the University Hospital of Giessen. None of the 410 cultures proved to be insensitive although 85 polyresistant strains were included in the study.
