Tpeak-Tend Interval during Pregnancy and Postpartum

Pregnancy and postpartum significantly prolong the Tpeak-Tend (TpTe) interval, a novel marker for cardiac arrhythmias, more than the QTc interval. These changes are most pronounced in the postpartum period.
