Factors affecting return to sports after eccentric rotational acetabular osteotomy

Return to sports after eccentric acetabular rotation osteotomy (ERAO) for developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is possible for many patients. A preoperative center edge angle less than 0° was the main factor limiting sports participation, but continuing sports did not worsen osteoarthritis.
