Left Main Stem Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: Does On-Site Surgical Cover Make a Difference?

Left main stem percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in nonsurgical centers (NSC) is safe and effective, showing similar outcomes to surgical centers (SC). This study found no increased risk of mortality or major adverse events for LMS PCI performed at NSC.
