    Summary

    Total bladder replacement using bowel segments after cystoprostatectomy is an acceptable urinary diversion. While most patients achieved daytime continence, voiding patterns were better with detubularized segments, though enuresis remained common.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy and patient acceptance of total bladder replacement using sigmoid colon and ileocecal segments after cystoprostatectomy.
    • To compare voiding patterns and continence rates between tubular sigmoid colon and detubularized ileocecal segments.
