Abnormal degree centrality and functional connectivity in Down syndrome: A resting-state fMRI study

Brain imaging reveals altered connectivity in Down syndrome (DS). Degree centrality and functional connectivity analyses show both increased and decreased connections within and between brain networks in individuals with DS.
