Abstract:
This study examines a structural equation model among community development organizational capacity, collaborations, and community satisfaction to develop a comprehensive model of community satisfaction in rural community development projects in South Korea. The model was tested on a sample of 592 participants in the rural community development project for enhancing community development in South Korea, using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The findings suggest that the planning capacity of CDOs and community collaboration are significant determinants that influence community satisfaction. The leadership capacity, planning capacity, and administrative support capacity of CDOs can facilitate community collaboration. But leadership and planning capacity did not significantly affect community satisfaction. Practical and policy implications are included in the conclusion.

Theories of Dissolution: Diffusion Layer Model
This process starts with a thin layer, saturated with the drug, forming at the interface between the solid and liquid. The solute then diffuses from this layer into the main solution. The Noyes-Whitney equation suggests that the rate of dissolution relies on the diffusion...
