Lacrimal proteins in Sjögren's syndrome
Abstract:
Tear protein electrophoresis results are studied in a group of 5 patients suffering from Sjögren's syndrome. Decreased globulin fraction and severe diminution of post-gamma protein fraction are the main alterations of lacrimal protein in this disease.
