Summary

Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) revealed increased subfoveal choroidal thickness (SFCT) in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) patients, correlating with disease activity. This finding suggests OCT may serve as a valuable biomarker for ALS management.
