Abstract:
A possibility of life-time fibrinolysis activation with blast cells was studied in 54 patients with different variants of acute leukemia. The study showed that practically in all the variants of acute leukemia the content of fibrinolysis activators in the patients' blood was elevated. Active proteolytic enzymes of non-plasma nature were present in myeloid variants. It was shown that only blast cells of the variants with myeloid tumor substrate were capable of direct fibrinolysis activation.
