Abstract:
An analysis of results of the surgical treatment of 105 patients with acute cholecystopancreatitis has shown that abdominal peritonealization and resection of the necrotized part of the pancreas in combination with radical operations on bile ducts are the most substantiated operations in pancreonecrosis.
