Trans-radial spinal angiography: A single-center experience

Background:

• Spinal angiography (SpAn) is essential for diagnosing spinal dural fistulas and arteriovenous malformations.
• Traditional transfemoral access for SpAn can be challenging.

• To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transradial access for spinal angiography.
• To assess the feasibility of transradial access for diagnostic and interventional SpAn procedures.

• A retrospective review of patients undergoing SpAn between July 2019 and December 2020 was conducted.

• Nine SpAn procedures were performed using transradial access in eight patients.
