[Massive, unilateral and recurrent hydrothorax in a patient in a chronic intermittent peritoneal dialysis program]

It is reported on a female patient who during the intermittent peritoneal dialysis treatment acutely acquired a hydrothorax. The conservative course of treatment is described-a restitution was achieved. The patient is continued to be treated routinely in the IPD programme.
