Subaortic Membrane Co-existing With Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy: A Clinically Challenging Diagnosis

This report details a rare case of subaortic membrane coexisting with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). This combination caused significant left ventricular outflow tract obstruction in an 18-year-old male.
