High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate-to-vigorous intensity continuous training (MICT) show similar benefits for patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Both exercise types improve functional capacity and quality of life (QOL) effectively.

- These findings support the integration of HIIT into AF management strategies.
