For more than twenty years, until 2020, he served as the senior medical director of the Odessa Brown Children's Clinic, a pediatric care center built to serve the health needs of children in Seattle's Central District.
Pediatricians must confront racism within healthcare systems. Addressing systemic racism is crucial for improving child health outcomes and ensuring equitable pediatric care for all children.
