  • Initial gastroscopy and biopsies were inconclusive for malignancy.

  • Flow cytometry confirmed extranodal DLBCL with CD10 expression.
  • The patient received R-CHOP chemotherapy (Rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone).

  • Prompt initiation of chemotherapy is vital for improving outcomes in esophageal DLBCL.
