Formulation, Characterization, and Evaluation of Eudragit-Coated Saxagliptin Nanoparticles Using 3 Factorial Design

This study developed enteric-coated Solid Lipid Nanoparticles (SLNs) of Saxagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor, to improve its low bioavailability for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) treatment. The optimized SLN formulation significantly enhanced oral bioavailability in rats.
