Summary

Selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) applied to tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) improved forage digestibility and volatile fatty acid production while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The 4.5 ppm SeNPs treatment showed optimal results for animal nutrition and environmental benefits.
