Anti-NMDAR encephalitis with GFAPα IgG: a case report

Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) encephalitis can co-occur with glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) astrocytopathy. Testing for both NMDAR and GFAP antibodies is recommended for patients with unusual autoimmune encephalitis symptoms.
