Summary
This study shows Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a safe and effective treatment for medically-induced post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after a stroke. Telehealth delivery of EMDR significantly reduced PTSD symptoms in a stroke patient.
