This study identifies the optimal location for a parcel locker in Istanbul to improve last-mile deliveries. A novel hybrid model combining Bayesian Best Worst Method (B-BWM) and Pythagorean fuzzy Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (PF-WASPAS) was used.
