Objective and self-perceived lower limb weakness in Parkinson's disease

Perceived lower limb weakness is common in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients, but it doesn't always correlate with objective muscle strength decline. This symptom is linked to gait freezing, though causality remains unclear.
