In this article, the author is going to guide the newcomers or revision Asian upper blepharoplasty by showing the theory of double-fold formation to help them to make a workable surgical plan when dealing with revision Asian upper blepharoplasty cases. The pathogenesis of complications of upper blepharoplasty can be classified systematically and the solution to each individual complication is also illustrated. Typical clinical cases of revision Asian upper blepharoplasty are then sampled as integrated practice.
