CD160 receptor in CLL: Current state and future avenues

CD160, a cell surface protein, is abnormally expressed in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), enhancing tumor growth and apoptosis resistance. It shows promise as a prognostic marker for minimal residual disease (MRD) in CLL.
