Fibroblast activation protein imaging ([68Ga]Ga-FAPI PET/CT) shows high tumor uptake and specificity in lung cancer. This novel imaging agent demonstrates comparable or superior performance to [18F]FDG PET/CT, suggesting prognostic value.
