New approaches and emerging issues in negotiation

This article is a brief summary of recent events in Australia and how the Royal Australian Nursing Federation (RANF) has attempted with some success to solve the problems of nurses in our country. This paper was presented at the ICN SEW Resource Group meeting in Geneva.
