Settlement of labour disputes

The International Labour Organization (ILO) sponsored a meeting on the Settlement of Labour Disputes in the Public Service which was held in Geneva on 6-10 October 1986. The International Council of Nurses (ICN) participated in the discussions and was able to voice the concerns of nurses employed in the public service. The ICN statement was well received by the delegates and appears below in its entirety.
