Mesenchymal Stem Cells Promote Intestinal Mucosal Repair by Positively Regulating the Nrf2/Keap1/ARE Signaling

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and their conditioned medium (CM) promote intestinal healing in colitis by activating the Nrf2 pathway. MSCs significantly reduced inflammation and improved barrier function, with effects blocked by an Nrf2 inhibitor.
