AIDS--a perspective of care

As a result of the AIDS epidemic the nursing profession and especially oncology nurses are facing challenges never before encountered, including the need to rethink a number of values and concepts. Nursing has a unique opportunity to prove its worth as a caring profession by successfully meeting these challenges.
