Objective:
Our aim was to analyze and study the medicinal components of Hanhou Anshen incense by headspace static injection gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
Methods:
After sample preparation, the results were analyzed by chromatography, and the drug components in Hanhou Anshen incense were analyzed according to the total ion flow pattern.
Results:
A total of 11 drug components of Hanhou Anshen incense were analyzed.
Conclusion:
This method is applicable to the analysis of the drug composition of Hanhou Anshen incense-which contains a wide variety of drug ingredients-that can provide a theoretical and material basis for the study of improving insomnia.
