Sleep Traits, Night Shift Work and Lung Cancer Risk among Women: Results from a Population-Based Case-Control Study

Longer sleep durations (≥8 hours) may increase lung cancer risk in women. While sleep disorders and general night shift work showed no association, effects were modified by smoking and prolonged night work.
